Turkish Flatbread Pizza

During their trip to Türkiye, Sam and Sofia tried Turkish flatbread, called ekmek. The flatbread is a staple in Türkiye, traditionally eaten with soups, stews, and dips. While they were there, a new Turkish friend taught Sam and Sofia how to make pizza using ekmek as the crust. Pick up some Turkish bread from the grocery store and follow the recipe below for a tasty Turkish treat!
