What items are included in every package?
The items that accompany every monthly letter have been carefully selected to enhance a child's experience with a country. Every month includes an adventure letter from Sam and Sofia, fun souvenirs, an activity sheet, a photo from the country, a passport stamp, a map marker, a suitcase sticker, and a collectible boarding pass. For the souvenirs, we've selected items that are fun, memorable, and educational. Examples items that might be included are: music CDs, stickers, traditional country toys, photos, postcards, arts and crafts, puzzles, and pencils/erasers. Items are appropriate for children older than 5 years old.
What is the recommended age range for children subscribing to Little Passports?
The recommended age range for children is 5 to 10 years old.
What types of online games and activities will children access with their boarding passes?
We've designed a number of fun and educational games and activities which vary every month. Examples include trivia games, puzzles, interactive maps, and slideshows.
What countries are currently available in the Little Passports subscription?
In addition to the first month's Explorer Kit, we currently offer mailings for 23 countries including: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, England, France, India, Japan, Mexico, South Africa and 12 other exciting destinations! How did you develop the content and materials for Little Passports?
Throughout our development cycle, we have partnered closely with a panel of parents and educators who have direct experience working with children in our target age range. We have also tested our product directly with children and incorporated their feedback.
Is Little Passports available for teachers to use in the classroom?

How much does a Little Passports subscription cost?
We offer four different subscription packages for our intrepid travelers. Please visit our Product Information for more details on the packages.

How much does shipping cost?
For orders shipping within the United States, shipping costs are as follows: $5 for the 3-month Traveler Package, $7 for the 6-month Adventurer Package, $10 for the 12-month Globetrotter Package and $1/month for the monthly recurring Jetsetter Package (billed monthly).
For orders shipping to Canada, shipping costs are as follows: $5 for the 3-month Traveler Package, $10 for the 6-month Adventurer Package, $15 for the 12-month Globetrotter Package, and $1.50 month/for the monthly recurring Jetsetter Package (billed monthly).
Shipping costs for our renewal packages are as follows:
US customers: $5 for the Traveler 9-month, $7 for the Adventurer 6-month renewal options and $1/month for either the monthly Traveler or the monthly Adventurer renewal options (billed monthly).
Canadian customers: $5 for the Traveler 9-month, $10 for the Adventurer 6-month renewal options and $1.50/month for either the monthly Traveler or the monthly Adventurer renewal options (billed monthly).
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have purchased the Jetsetter Package where we bill you on a monthly basis, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please email us at: customerservice@littlepassports.com and we will cancel your subscription with 30 days notice.
How soon after I place my order will my Little Passports subscription start?
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your Little Passports subscription to start.
Can I order Little Passports as a gift?
We would love for you to gift a Little Passports subscription! When you place your order you can indicate that it is a gift as well as include a gift message that will be included in the first mailing of your subscription. You can also download and print a gift card to give in advance of the child receiving his/her first package.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses?
Yes, we ship to both P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.
Can I order a Little Passports subscription to be delivered outside the United States?
We're currently sending subscriptions within the United States and Canada. We'll definitely be looking to expand beyond the United States in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for subscriptions sent to addresses within CA.
Can I purchase a subscription to Little Passports in a store?
Currently, Little Passports subscriptions are only available through our website.
Managing My Subscription
My Little Passports subscription is about to end. How can I continue it?
if you have purchased or received as a gift a 3 or 6-month subscription package and would like to continue your subscription, please renew online. If you have questions, please email us at: customerservice@littlepassports.com.
Can I customize the order in which the country packages arrive?
We currently do not offer the ability for you to customize the order/sequencing of the monthly country mailings.
How can I update the address associated with my subscription if I move?
Please email us at: customerservice@littlepassports.com and tell us your name, child's name, current address on file and new address. Once we receive this information, we will update the address for the next monthly mailing.
