For your convenience, our subscriptions automatically renew based on the term you purchased until you cancel. This ensures that your child will never miss a package. You’ll receive a notice prior to the renewal for any non-monthly plans (such as 6-month and 12-month subscriptions), and you are free to opt out of auto renewal at any time.

The billing information for your auto-renewing subscription is displayed in the My Account area. Visit My Account and click on the Manage Subscriptions tab for details. For any subscription longer than a month, we will also send an email notification before the subscription is renewed, and again after your credit card is billed.
It’s our aim to make our products as affordable as possible for our customers, however, there are times where we need to raise the price to adjust for operations and shipping costs.
Auto-renewing subscriptions will continue for the initial term and then will automatically renew for successive periods generally equal to the initial term of the subscription. For example, a 12-month subscription will renew at the end of the first year for an additional 12-month period.
To update your credit card information, please do the following:
- Log into your account
- On Manage Subscriptions tab, click “Add Payment Method” under Payment Method for the subscription
- Enter in the credit card number, expiration date, and security code Click “Add Payment Method”
To disable the auto renew feature, please do the following:
- Log into My Account
- Locate your subscription
- Click “Cancel” under Subscription Status
- Select the reason for your cancelation and choose the cancel option.
