NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Your Instagram profile must be set to “Public” in order for your entry to be eligible. During the Entry Period, as @LittlePassports will post on Instagram inviting participants to enter the Sweepstakes (each, a “Sweepstakes Post”). To receive one (1) sweepstakes entry:

• Follow @LittlePassports and @Crateandkids on Instagram;
• During the Entry Period, look for the Sweepstakes Post from @LittlePassports inviting participants to comment to receive an entry
• Like the Sweepstakes Post and comment on the Sweepstakes Post tagging three (3) friends you think will be interested in this giveaway!

Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for the Entry Period’s corresponding drawing and prize. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per Sweepstakes Post during the Entry Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Entrants must follow and continue to follow @LittlePassports and @CrateandKids on Instagram through at least 04/21/2021 in order to be notified in the event he/she/they is/are a potential winner. By submitting an Instagram Entry, entrants agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram LLC. 

IMPORTANT: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY TO USE OF MOBILE PHONE/DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE IN SWEEPSTAKES. INSTAGRAM IS FREE TO DOWNLOAD AND AVAILABLE FOR iPHONE FROM THE APPLE APPLICATION STORE AND FOR ANDROID FROM THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE.

All Entries must comply with the following minimum guidelines to be eligible:

• Once an Entry has been submitted, it cannot be modified or deleted.
• Entry cannot be profane, pornographic, sexually explicit or suggestive or contain nudity.
• Entry cannot be violent or promote firearms/weapons.
• Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about people, brands, products or companies.
• Entry cannot contain content that defaces or depicts any person, brand, product or company in a negative or inappropriate manner.
• Entry cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group or be derogatory to any ethic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group.
• Entry cannot reference or contain materials embodying copyrighted images, names, likenesses or other indicia identifying any brand, products, company or person, living or dead, without permission.
• Entry cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which the Sponsor wishes to associate.
• Entry cannot depict illegal activity and cannot itself be in violation of any law.
• Entry cannot in any way reference persons or organizations without written permission from any person or organization whose name or likeness is used.
• Entry may not include images of a known celebrity, famous or well-known person or any image which violates the right of privacy or publicity of any person.
• Entry cannot include content that will give rise to claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party.

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTRY COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES AND YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND/OR INSTAGRAM’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

ENTRIES ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Little Passports, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and Euromarket Designs, Inc. d/b/a Crate and Kids (together, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) will be conducting the Little Passports x Crate and Kids Sweepstakes beginning at 12:00 pm PT on 04/10/2021  ending on 04/17/2021 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”). There is (1) Entry Period and 1 corresponding random drawing. Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for the drawing and prize. Sponsor’s computer / iPhone is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Canada, Puerto Rico & all other US territories, and where prohibited. Employees of Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

HOW TO ENTER THE “SWEEPSTAKES”: During the Entry Period, contestants may enter by visiting www.littlepassports.com/Wander and completing the Instagram instructions for a chance to win. Entries received in excess of the stated limit from any person or email address will be void. All Promotion entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THE ENTRY PERIOD SCHEDULE: 

WINNER SELECTION/VERIFICATION: The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing, from all eligible entries received, to be held on the final day when the online entry period closes. The Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The potential winners are subject to verification. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via Instagram DM and will be required to confirm their eligibility via Instagram DM. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or in the event of noncompliance eligibility requirements or with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable drawing.

PRIZES: (1) 12-month Little Passports subscription and (1) $250 Crate & Kids gift card. 

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded “AS IS.” Sweepstakes Entities make no representations or warranties with regard to any prize. By participating in this Promotion and accepting prizes, winners agree (and agree to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) to allow use of their names, voices, likenesses, biographical information and/or photo for advertising and/or publicity purposes in all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation, unless prohibited. 

TAXES AND EXPENSES: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes regarding associated prize value. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants consent to the use of their names, cities and states of residence, voices, and/or photographs and/or similar related information for promotional, advertising and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity by Sweepstakes Entities and their designees, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, liability, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. 

PRIVACY: When you enter the Sweepstakes, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sweepstakes Entities. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sweepstakes Entities(the “Privacy Policies”), which are available at www.littlepassports.com/privacy-policy and www.crateandbarrel.com/privacy. Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policies. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Promotion; (iv) late, lost, stolen, undelivered, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, garbled or incomplete entries or bonus entries, or for any electronic, computer, printing, typographical, human or other error relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries or bonus entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Promotion-related materials (including these Official Rules); or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, hardware, or software, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if bugs, virus, fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the drawing(s) up to the time of the impairment. Entrants release and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information, or the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize (or travel related thereto); the Releasees do not make any representation, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Sweepstakes or the prize. 

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA. 

RULES/WINNER’S NAMES: For the names of the winners, available after 04/18/2021, or for an additional copy of these Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: The Little Passports, 27 Maiden Ln, Ste 400, San Francisco, CA 94108. Please specify “Rules” or “Winner’s Names.” Requests must be received by 04/30/2021. Vermont residents may omit return postage for “Rules” requests.
