Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of our digital acquisition channels. Reporting to the Director of Customer Acquisition, the Digital Marketing Manager is focused on meeting company acquisition and cost efficiency goals. This role is vital to ensuring Little Passports continues to grow our subscriber base and maintain a strong digital presence. The Digital Marketing Manager works cross functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience, assists with strategic planning, and communicates performance and insights. The ideal candidate is skilled digital advertising, highly analytical, detail oriented and excited to build our subscriber base!

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute and measure digital advertising efforts to meet company acquisition goals
  • Own channel performance with commitment, urgency & attention to detail to ensure advertising efforts present a cohesive brand across all touch points
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns & develop digital marketing reports to share cross-functionally
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customer Acquisition to ensure cohesive brand and promotional efforts across online and offline media & ad creative
  • Tackle digital marketing & ad delivery issues and can develop creative solutions while communicating to necessary stakeholders
  • Liaise with Social & Content departments to coordinate social posts, SEM landing pages & continually improve customer engagement
  • Partner with Graphic Designer to provide direction on creative assets for all acquisition channels & share results to improve ad creative
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets in consultation with the Director of Customer Acquisition
  • Remain informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices
Candidate Profile and Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in direct response digital marketing for consumer brands; preferably in a B2C ecommerce environment, advertising agency, or start-up
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear, measurable strategies and follow-through to implementation and measurement
  • Extensive experience with marketing via Facebook Ads, Instagram, Pinterest, SEM & Retargeting Ad Networks for an ecommerce or direct response brand
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with Looker or NetSuite a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-driven but comfortable working with a small, collaborative team

Associate Buyer

  • Assist with developing business strategies and plans to maximize the development of the brand, sales and profits for areas of responsibility
  • Identify opportunities and recommend new products or concepts

Associate Producer

We pride ourselves on designing products that delight families. We’re growing fast and expanding our product portfolio. To support this growth, we are looking for an Associate Producer to be an integral member of our Product Design Team. Our Associate Producer will be responsible for working with the rest of our Product Design Team to help develop products from conception through to execution and launch.

You’re someone who is passionate about designing innovative and educational products for children. You’re creative and can come up with great product ideas. You’re also someone who can plan and lead a project all the way through from ideation to execution and launch working with a cross-functional team including designers, sourcing, marketing, copy editors, operations and customer service. You can come up with project plans/milestones and manage to the plan.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with product ideation and defining requirement
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to optimize current products
  • Conduct research for products (e.g., stories, activity sheets, travel souvenirs)
  • Develop creative briefs for products (e.g., packaging and activity sheets)
  • Develop timelines and project plans

Associate Sourcing Manager

Little Passports is growing fast, and to support this growth, we are looking for an Associate Sourcing Manager to help with our product sourcing efforts. You will join our Inventory Team and report to our Director of Sourcing. You will be responsible for helping with all aspects of product sourcing including supplier management, product design/sampling, supplier negotiations and product testing.

You’re someone who has experience sourcing products for a children’s company, and you’re passionate about ensuring the products you source are high-quality and delight children. Responsibilities
  • Manage sourcing across the company’s entire product portfolio including sourcing for new and ongoing initiatives
  • Identify, review and select new vendors/suppliers to ensure they meet company guidelines with regards to product quality and safety
  • Manage vendor partnerships including communicating and understanding product requirements, any constraints, costing, lead times and MOQs. Arrange and manage pipeline for product sampling.
  • Manage all product safety testing initiatives including testing with independent third-party labs and ensuring all products have proper labeling attached
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team on product development efforts. Partner to understand and communicate product requirements between the team and external suppliers. Manage sourcing development calendar to ensure your sourcing efforts will deliver on company timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues on the Inventory Team and on the Operations to ensure the entire supply chain planning and purchase process is operating efficiently and effectively.
