Role Summary 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, well-rounded performance marketer to help drive top-of-funnel customer paid acquisition campaigns across our critical digital channels. In this role,  you will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on paid social campaigns in order to optimize the performance of our customer acquisition funnel.  

You need to be data-driven, technical (pixels & feeds) and possess a test, learn, and iterate mindset. You are well-connected to digital trends in performance marketing and are comfortable not only running the day-to-day campaigns, but also helping guide the creative testing roadmap (ads and landing pages).


This is a high-impact role reporting to the Sr. Director of Acquisition and presenting a great opportunity to help define and deliver needle-moving growth.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong baseline of experience in performance marketing who is looking to showcase their expertise while also learning and developing new skills in growth marketing. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sr. Director of Acquisition to develop and execute our digital customer acquisition strategy 
  • Execute day-to-day operations and campaign management within key performance marketing channels -with heavy focus on Paid Social channels 
  • Partner with in-house and external creative teams to develop assets (ads and landing pages), leveraging your understanding of our customer and best-practices in digital performance marketing

Ideal Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, trained in using data to drive decision-making.

About This Role

The Inventory Planner role is critical to ensuring that inventory is available when and where it’s needed to support fulfillment and revenue goals, while concurrently optimizing costs and limiting inventory investment (i.e., stock overages/excess). This high-visibility, temp-to-hire role will have you join a small, yet high-performance team, and comes with a breadth of shared procure-to-pay responsibilities, many outside the scope of a specialized “planner” role, including: data management, vendor communication, logistics & invoicing

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage inventory and forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy and inventory turnover across multiple product lines
  • Ongoing review of stock levels across BOM SKUs to identify and process reorders and purchase order revisions as needed
  • Identify potential inventory liabilities and take appropriate actions to bring quantity to a desired level
  • Work closely with fulfillment partners to facilitate changes to BOM SKUs, manage discontinued inventory, and ensure inventory systems reflect accurate SKU and inventory data
  • Facilitate visibility of inventory-related information within the company, including communications with inventory team, sales & marketing, operations, and accounting
  • Monitor and report out forecast accuracy, track performance and evolve key planning tools
  • Lead monthly cross-functional inventory meetings in partnership with leadership team
  • Work jointly with finance, marketing, and executive teams to determine sales projections, long range forecasts and appropriate inventory levels
  • Assist with annual budgeting process and provide inventory spend projection updates as required
  • Release and track purchase orders with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
  • Partner with 3rd-party freight forwarders to track & manage incoming shipments
  • Manage PO updates, receipts, invoicing and other data in NetSuite to ensure data integrity and accurate costing
  • Ad hoc reporting and other tasks or special projects where needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of inventory planning or inventory management experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, overseas production/vendor/manufacturing capabilities; experience with physical subscriptions, eCommerce or retail a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills required, in addition to strong problem solving skills with the ability to use rigorous logic and methods to find effective solutions
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized individual, with strong time management skills and ability to multi-task, who requires little oversight and meets deadlines
  • High proficiency in Excel required
  • NetSuite or other ERP experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with a “can-do,” positive attitude
  • Start-up experience and/or interest in children’s products a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (majors in Economics, Business, or Supply Chain a plus)

We are looking for a Director/Sr. Director of Growth Marketing to join our growing team to oversee our cross-channel growth strategy in our Core and Expansion channels. 

This role will work closely with our current channel leads for Offline Media, Digital Media, Email, CRM, Site and Analytics to achieve company goals related to acquisition, retention and channel expansion. 

Using a full-funnel view,  you’ll establish a data-driven growth plan, build forecasts, and manage a testing plan that positions us to hit our aggressive goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the growth strategy across our Core and Expansion channels including, but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct Mail, and TV.
  • Run point on Budget and Revenue forecasts and goals across channels on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Act as primary liaison with our business analytics team to optimize Attribution Measurement and translate data into actionable insights that help us achieve business KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, ROAS and new subscriber growth.
  • Champion our conversion rate optimization efforts, collaborating with colleagues in product, engineering, and marketing to establish hypotheses, set up experiments to test and learn, and report effectively on results.
  • Bring your playbook of successful execution of performance marketing programs to support our current performance marketing team accelerate growth and unlock fresh demand
  • Effectively present strategy, including goals, metrics, and solutions to senior leadership and ensure understanding and regular buy-in.

 

Ideal Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success at a DTC or e-commerce business across many of the core functional areas the growth marketing team may be leading.
  • You must have experience leading or co-leading Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives and be able to apply and adapt successful initiatives.
  • Experience digesting data from multiple channel and ad types (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TV/OTT, Email, etc.) to drive profitable growth
  • Deep understanding of the mechanics behind growth marketing and how performance is measured & optimized across different attribution windows
  • Solid data skills from Excel to BI tools like Looker. Ability to separate signals from noise, know where to focus, how to extract insights from data, and use those insights to scale our marketing efforts.
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with a small, nimble team where you’ll wear multiple hats at times, need to relentlessly prioritize, and know where to focus both self and cross-functional team.
  • You are highly collaborative, an A+ communicator, and are able to craft data-driven arguments and pitches to move forth your agenda. About The Role:

Ideal Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of professional writing experience at an agency or with an in-house creative or content team  
  • Extensive experience developing long-form content and a demonstrable knack for good storytelling 
  • A versatile writer able to apply your skill to a multitude of different formats, even if that means you’re trying that for the first time

  • Facilitate visibility of inventory-related information within the company, including communications with inventory team, sales & marketing, operations, and accounting
  • Monitor and report out forecast accuracy, track performance and evolve key planning tools
  • Lead monthly cross-functional inventory meetings in partnership with leadership team
  • Work jointly with finance, marketing, and executive teams to determine sales projections, long range forecasts and appropriate inventory levels
  • Assist with annual budgeting process and provide inventory spend projection updates as required
  • Release and track purchase orders with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
  • Partner with 3rd-party freight forwarders to track & manage incoming shipments
  • Manage PO updates, receipts, invoicing and other data in NetSuite to ensure data integrity and accurate costing
  • Ad hoc reporting and other tasks or special projects where needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of inventory planning or inventory management experience
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, overseas production/vendor/manufacturing capabilities; experience with physical subscriptions, eCommerce or retail a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills required, in addition to strong problem solving skills with the ability to use rigorous logic and methods to find effective solutions
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized individual, with strong time management skills and ability to multi-task, who requires little oversight and meets deadlines
  • High proficiency in Excel required
  • NetSuite or other ERP experience a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with a “can-do,” positive attitude
  • Start-up experience and/or interest in children’s products a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (majors in Economics, Business, or Supply Chain a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the growth strategy across our Core and Expansion channels including, but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct Mail, and TV.
  • Run point on Budget and Revenue forecasts and goals across channels on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Act as primary liaison with our business analytics team to optimize Attribution Measurement and translate data into actionable insights that help us achieve business KPIs, including revenue, conversion rate, ROAS and new subscriber growth.
  • Champion our conversion rate optimization efforts, collaborating with colleagues in product, engineering, and marketing to establish hypotheses, set up experiments to test and learn, and report effectively on results.
  • Bring your playbook of successful execution of performance marketing programs to support our current performance marketing team accelerate growth and unlock fresh demand
  • Effectively present strategy, including goals, metrics, and solutions to senior leadership and ensure understanding and regular buy-in.

 

Ideal Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success at a DTC or e-commerce business across many of the core functional areas the growth marketing team may be leading.
  • You must have experience leading or co-leading Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives and be able to apply and adapt successful initiatives.
  • Experience digesting data from multiple channel and ad types (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TV/OTT, Email, etc.) to drive profitable growth
  • Deep understanding of the mechanics behind growth marketing and how performance is measured & optimized across different attribution windows
  • Solid data skills from Excel to BI tools like Looker. Ability to separate signals from noise, know where to focus, how to extract insights from data, and use those insights to scale our marketing efforts.
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment with a small, nimble team where you’ll wear multiple hats at times, need to relentlessly prioritize, and know where to focus both self and cross-functional team.
  • You are highly collaborative, an A+ communicator, and are able to craft data-driven arguments and pitches to move forth your agenda.
