About the Role

Little Passports is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to work across cross-functional teams to build and execute email marketing campaigns that will drive growth and retention. The team’s mission is to build personalized, helpful and effective programs that introduce Little Passports products at the right stages of each customer’s journey in order to increase engagement and LTV. In this role, you will be responsible for building email marketing campaigns and automated workflows in support of all Little Passports product lines and initiatives. You will collaborate across multiple departments including creative, product, data, engineering, analytics and external partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build automated and batched email campaigns in our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Work closely with all members of the marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life by being hands on with all facets of campaign production including, but not limited to, creative, coding, segmentation, A/B testing, QA, and reporting/analysis
  • Manage a quarterly email production calendar to ensure that campaign deadlines are being met
  • Perform quality assurance on each campaign to ensure that campaigns are executed error free and that the user experience is optimal
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics for email campaigns
  • Run experiments designed to impact key metrics; manage a testing schedule and report on results from tests
  • Utilize segmentation tools and collaborate with our data team to develop target audiences and cohorts
  • Ensure that user data in support of email campaigns is successfully integrated into SFMC
  • Develop a technical expertise in our email campaign platform through daily usage and ongoing training. Stay abreast of the latest advances, updates, features and techniques
  • Aid in coordination and development of creative, copy and content for member communications as needed

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
  • Proven experience building email campaigns from end-to-end with an understanding of email marketing best practices
  • Experience with SFMC is highly preferred but not required
  • Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be socialized and presented across key stakeholders
  • Must be very detail oriented and a slight perfectionist
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Natural curiosity to observe customer behavior and form hypotheses

In this role, you will be directly responsible for all phases of concept ideation and development and will report to the Director of Product Design.

  • Research and contextualize consumer needs, competitive landscape, and concept opportunity

About the Role

Little Passports is seeking a creative and tenacious Merchandise Buyer to identify and procure exciting, innovative products from global vendors to help expand our product portfolio.

In this role, you will be directly responsible to identify and select relevant merchandise supporting our product roadmap, then manage the inclusion into our product pipeline. This role will report to the EVP, Design and Development.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Research trends across consumer markets and our own portfolio sales, identify timely opportunity areas for product curation and mix adjustment.
  • Identify incremental product opportunities and contextualize within overall portfolio strategy and schedules
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and relevant product offerings
  • Develop seasonal and core product mix and pricing strategy

We’re looking for an experienced Director to create and drive strategy across all email, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and retention marketing efforts.  This is a high-visibility, high-impact role presenting a great opportunity to define and deliver needle-moving programs that cultivate engaging customer relationships, reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Define, champion and execute a multi-channel CRM program encompassing Little Passports’ various product lines and customer segments and delivering across email, direct mail, and referral programs.
  • Set strategy across the email channel, including promotional, content, retention and transactional campaigns.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop the email marketing calendar and implement initiatives, to further grow our subscriber base.
  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to develop on-brand assets for all CRM and email campaigns.  
  • Own evolution and execution of our customer referral program, looking for ways to optimize and grow the program’s impact
  • Analyze and report out on results of all campaigns, using learning to optimize campaign performance and set future test plans and to refine actionable segments.

Requirements

  • 10 years of marketing experience in areas including email, CRM, loyalty/rewards, direct mail, and customer segmentation, at a growth, e-commerce/DTC or retail organization
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven ability to effectively manage direct reports as well as agency partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, trained in using data to drive decision-making

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop any piece – big or small – into an exciting communication piece whether it’s a gif for an Instagram ad, a product photo for the website, or a direct mail piece 
  • Experience with graphic design for static and motion assets for social media and an interest in developing those skills further

Little Passports is seeking an imaginative, hands-on Product Designer to help innovate and develop our expanding portfolio of surprising and delightful play experiences centered around global exploration. In this role, you will be directly responsible for all phases of concept ideation and development and will report to the Director of Product Design.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Research and contextualize consumer needs, competitive landscape, and concept opportunity

  • Technical skills in Industrial and/or Toy Design and modelmaking
  • Adjacent skills a big plus – Graphic Design, Games Design
  • Working understanding of manufacturing methods

About the Role

Little Passports is seeking a creative and tenacious Merchandise Buyer to identify and procure exciting, innovative products from global vendors to help expand our product portfolio.

In this role, you will be directly responsible to identify and select relevant merchandise supporting our product roadmap, then manage the inclusion into our product pipeline. This role will report to the EVP, Design and Development.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Research trends across consumer markets and our own portfolio sales, identify timely opportunity areas for product curation and mix adjustment.
  • Identify incremental product opportunities and contextualize within overall portfolio strategy and schedules
  • Research and identify potential suppliers and relevant product offerings
  • Develop seasonal and core product mix and pricing strategy
  • Identify areas for future business growth
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design, Sourcing, Finance, Marketing, And Operations
  • Negotiate product pricing and terms in coordination with Sourcing Dept.
  • Ensure effective supply chain integration with Sourcing, Operations
  • Create and maintain assortment plan documentation
  • Active participation and presentation in product strategic and operational discussions
  • Some travel expectations as conditions allow (Vendors, Trade Shows)

 

What you’ll bring: 

  • 3-6 years of experience as a merchandise buyer or assistant buyer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, or relevant business/marketing field.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create strategically-driven design for digital and print marketing to support brand and performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from paid and organic social media to site, email, banners, partnership and direct marketing
  • Work with our Creative Director to evolve our brand guidelines and translate them into creative work that helps our brand stand out  
  • Help plan and execute lifestyle photoshoots on location or in studio; directly manage product shoots end-to-end

What You’ll Bring 

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a graphic designer working on print and digital projects at an agency or as an in-house designer.
  • A passion for the compelling application of design elements and principles.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop any piece – big or small – into an exciting communication piece whether it’s a gif for an Instagram ad, a product photo for the website, or a direct mail piece 
  • Experience with graphic design for static and motion assets for social media and an interest in developing those skills further
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in or interest in learning to create digital animation and stop-motion graphics 
  • Experience with a digital-first brand and/or e-commerce 
  • Experience with photoshoot production, editing of selects; photo art direction and conceptualization skills a plus 
  • A fresh perspective with the ability to articulate opportunities to expand and evolve our design to be more effective 
  • Highly organized, keenly attentive to detail and able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications: 

  • Agency or In-house Experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or art & design

We’re looking for an experienced Director to create and drive strategy across all email, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and retention marketing efforts.  This is a high-visibility, high-impact role presenting a great opportunity to define and deliver needle-moving programs that cultivate engaging customer relationships, reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Define, champion and execute a multi-channel CRM program encompassing Little Passports’ various product lines and customer segments and delivering across email, direct mail, and referral programs.
  • Set strategy across the email channel, including promotional, content, retention and transactional campaigns.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop the email marketing calendar and implement initiatives, to further grow our subscriber base.
  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to develop on-brand assets for all CRM and email campaigns.  
  • Own evolution and execution of our customer referral program, looking for ways to optimize and grow the program’s impact
  • Analyze and report out on results of all campaigns, using learning to optimize campaign performance and set future test plans and to refine actionable segments.
  • Manage small team and lead thinking on team growth structure, including new hires, and effectively using internal and external resources. Hire and manage team members and/or agency resources, as needed.

Requirements

  • 10 years of marketing experience in areas including email, CRM, loyalty/rewards, direct mail, and customer segmentation, at a growth, e-commerce/DTC or retail organization
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven ability to effectively manage direct reports as well as agency partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, trained in using data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to lead thinking and set strategy — yet willing to go hands–on as needed
  • Experience working in a start-up or early stage company
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
