You will be joining the company at an exciting stage of growth and will have the opportunity to make a big impact on how we attract and engage our customers

  • Partner with Creative and Product teams to develop on-brand assets for all CRM and email campaigns.
  • Own evolution and execution of our customer referral program, looking for ways to optimize and grow the program’s impact
  • Analyze and report out on results of all campaigns, using learning to optimize campaign performance and set future test plans and to refine actionable segments.
  • Manage small team and lead thinking on team growth structure, including new hires, and effectively using internal and external resources. Hire and manage team members and/or agency resources, as needed.

  • Experience working in a start-up or early stage company
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with a positive “get it done” attitude
  • Experiencing hiring, developing and motivating team members
