What is the deadline to place my order to ensure delivery by Christmas?

Orders placed prior to the holiday order deadlines listed above are estimated to arrive by December 24th. Because there are external factors that may cause transit delays after a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If you placed your order after the required date for holiday shipping, you can click here to download and print a gift card to personalize your gift.

Can I buy now and delay a subscription to start in December or January?

Yes, you may delay the start of your subscription once you select your subscription plan or during our checkout process.  To delay the starting month of your subscription, please do the following:

  1. Click on the subscription plan duration you would like to purchase
  2. In the Personalize section, enter the child’s first and last name
  3. Use the “Deliveries Start in” dropdown to select the month you would like the first package to be delivered
  4. Click on Add to Cart at the bottom right of the page.

*If you are ordering multiple subscriptions, please complete steps 1-4 for each subscription.

Where can I download a printable gift card?
How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification. If your package is shipped with tracking, you can then track your package on the carrier’s website. Shipping carriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to increased mail volume. Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the carrier’s website. Be sure to mark support@littlepassports.com as a valid sender to ensure our notification emails aren’t sent to your spam folder. You can also check the status of your order in your online customer account, by simply logging into My Account.

Why haven't I received all of my items?

Non-subscription products (e.g., World Coin Collection or other items from the Little Passports Shop) ship separately unless specified otherwise. Due to variations in order processing and shipping times, multiple shipments may arrive on different dates.

When will my package ship?

We typically process orders within 48 hours of receipt (please allow an additional 24 hours during weekends). Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information. In some cases, tracking information may not be available for international-bound packages depending on the destination and method of shipment. Be sure to mark support@littlepassports.com as a valid sender to ensure our notification emails aren’t sent to your spam folder. You can also check the status of your order in your online customer account, by simply logging into My Account.

Can I send the first package of a subscription to a different address?

We do offer the option to ship your first package to yourself or another address and have the on-going packages ship to the child’s home directly. When placing your order, enter the child’s name and address as the shipping address. Once your order is placed, you’ll be able to adjust the address directly from your account by doing the following:

  1. Click on “My Account” in the Upper right hand corner
  2. Click on “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Find the subscription you would like to update
  4. Underneath the shipping address, click on “Send first shipment to different address”
  5. In the First Package Shipping Address box, type in the name and address where the first package should ship to
  6. Click on “Save”

 

Can I send a gift message with the subscription?

When you purchase a subscription you can add a gift message that will be included in the first shipment. If you include the parent’s email address we will also email them with the message and updates on the shipment tracking. To do this: 

  1. Click on the subscription plan duration you would like to purchase
  2. In the Personalize section, enter the child’s first and last name
  3. Check the box for “This is a gift”
  4. Enter your gift message to be included in the first shipment
  5. Optionally, enter the parent’s email address to send them an email with the gift message and tracking updates on the package.
  6. Click on Add to Cart at the bottom right of the page.
My order has shipped but tracking information is still unavailable on the carrier's site. How can I find out where it is?

Shipping carriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to increased mail volume. It can generally take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated on the shipping carriers website. In some cases, shipping carriers are skipping scans for thousands of shipments, and tracking information is taking over a week to update. If it has been more than 7 days and you are still having trouble tracking your package, contact us at support@littlepassports.com and we’ll make sure you get your order.
