We love to see your explorers and budding scientists enjoying Little Passports!

You’re probably here because we’ve reached out to you and requested permission to share your post, comment, photo or video across our channels. If possible, we will include your handle.

Thank you for considering our request! By responding to our request with the hashtag #sharelp you agree to the following terms with respect to the content and information, including comments, photos, and videos, you post or share by tagging Little Passports (referred to as “User Content”):

User Content

As between you and us, you own your User Content.

You give Little Passports permission to use your User Content as follows: you grant to Little Passports a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicenseable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute your User Content to advertise and promote Little Passports and our products and services through any medium.  This includes permission to use your User Content in connection with our website (the “Website”) and for other Little Passports marketing purposes, including in email and on our social channels. This also includes permission to display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content may be viewed by you or others. You acknowledge that you will not receive any cash payment or other financial compensation for the rights and permissions granted by you above.

You promise that:

  • you are over 18 years of age;
  • you own all rights to your User Content or, alternatively, that you have the right to give Little Passports the rights described above;
  • you have paid and will pay in full any fees or other payments that may be related to the use of your User Content; and
  • your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

We may refuse to accept or use User Content for any reason. We may remove User Content from the Website, from our social channels or any other marketing for any reason.
