Jeff Kinney
Diary of a Wimpy Kid fans will be excited to hear that the series creator, Jeff Kinney, is among those nominated for Author of the Year at the Childrens Choice Book Awards. And that’s not all–the awards have been announced and Kinney was named the winner!
Jeff Kinney released the first book in the Wimpy Kid series in 2007. It quickly rose through the ranks to become a New York Times bestseller and eventually reached the lists top spot. Since then, this now famous author has published four more stories in the series and is scheduled to release Diary of a Wimpy Kid 6: Cabin Fever in several months.
