St. Paul Winter Carnival
In St. Paul, Minnesota, a carnival is held called the St. Paul Winter Carnival. It’s one of the oldest winter festivals in the USA. Each year about 250,000 people show up to enjoy the festivities! The carnival is held in January and includes events such as a royal coronation, dog sled racing, and ice sculpting.
